We are looking for 2 highly motivated individual with a passion for fresh produce. Candidates should know the importance of delivering accurate product knowledge while providing quality training to their staff. Excellent internal and external customer service is a must, all while setting the highest standards of health and safety. The qualified applicant must also demonstrate a high level of leadership and teamwork skills in collaborating with others to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.
Job Requirements:
-Previous retail experience, 2 years in a produce department
-Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
-Outstanding leadership and customers service skills
-Available days, evenings and weekends
-Experience with ordering
-Financials ex: Scheduling, budget’s, margins
