We are looking for a Store Manager that will be supervising department managers, overseeing daily operations, and responding promptly to resolve issues or concerns. The Store Manager acts as Red Barn Market’s representative in dealing with the public and staff, demonstrating in language and actions the values and principles of the organization including outstanding customer service, honesty and integrity.
Job Requirements:
-Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in the food industry.
-Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
-Well developed communication skills, both written and oral
-Ability to work productively in a fast paced team environment
-Outstanding leadership and customer service skills
-Available days, evenings and weekends
-Proficient in financials including: Budget, Sales, and Wage Cost
-Effectively able to merchandise for sales and profit
-Solid Grocery background and familiar with cash management
