This smokehouse position is part of a team that is responsible for making Red Barn Signature Product. We are looking for a senior smokehouse clerk that will be accountable for product integrity, decision making, safety and cleanliness of the department. Candidates should know the importance of delivering a high quality product. Excellent internal and external customer service is a must, all while adhering to the highest standards of health and safety.
Job Requirements:
– Physically demanding, heavy lifting required.
– Ability to work in a cold environment
– Ability to work alone as well with a team
– Available days, evenings and weekends a must
– Duties include cleaning and operating machinery with in-house training provided.
